From the time an order is received at Personalised For Me to the receipt of the personalised goods, the turnaround time is usually less than one week.
The exception is if for some reason we need to order the item in, then this may prolong the turnaround time to two weeks or if any longer than communication will be supplied to the customer via email.
All items are sent via regular mail with Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, Personalised For Me can accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
Personalised For Me takes no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or birthday party prop when this date is within the 2 week turn around or just outside of this time. You must allow shipping time from the 14 period it may take to ship your order. All orders are shipped from New Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
You may upgrade your shipping to Express Post which will provide a tracking number and will cut the transit time to just 1-3 days within Australia. Orders are sent by tracked shipping only which can be costly.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST [this is stated in the description of each item].
Personalised For Me does not accept exchanges for change of mind. Peronalised For Me will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by Personalised For Me eg a word or name has been spelt incorrectly. Please contact via email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer eg you have provided the incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong product or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.
